Internal communication reaches many employees inadequately. Especially employees in production, field service, or on the go often do not have regular access to emails or the intranet. The bulletin board also plays only a minor role in many companies.

Instead of maintaining content for each channel separately, a central content hub offers a much simpler solution. Information is created once and then automatically distributed to the employee app, intranet, or screens in production. This way, all employees stay on the same page, regardless of where they work.

We use the Headless CMS Storyblok as the technical foundation. All content is centrally managed and can be published in the various internal channels without duplicate maintenance. The communication department works on a unified interface and is not reliant on IT for everyday changes.

The platform can also be expanded at any time. Whether digital onboarding processes, an internal academy, or a dealer portal – new applications can be easily added later on the same technical basis.
