A modern Digital Experience Platform only unfolds its benefits when the underlying systems work together reliably. If product data is manually transferred from the ERP to the online shop, orders are forwarded via email, or content is maintained multiple times, unnecessary effort and sources of error arise. Through automated processes, ERP, CRM, PIM, online shop, and CMS can be efficiently connected.

Therefore, we do not start with technology, but with existing workflows. Together, we analyze which processes consume time, where communication breakdowns occur, and which steps can be sensibly automated. We then develop the appropriate interfaces – with standard APIs when available, and individual integrations when existing systems have special requirements. Even older applications without modern interfaces can often be integrated into the existing system landscape.

We also use many of these solutions in our own workday. Internal processes are automated where it makes sense, and our appointment booking is based on a self-hosted open source solution, which we have adapted to our requirements. These experiences flow directly into our projects.

For particularly complex integrations, such as in the field of local AI applications or with enterprise integration platforms, we work with specialized partners from our network. This way, a solution is created for each project that fits the technical requirements and existing processes.

From practice: two processes, two solutions.

At Technopart, the ERP was the leading data source for over 90,000 products – but without an interface. Instead of an expensive system change, we automated the data reconciliation, which was previously done manually: The shop now automatically gets its products, prices, and customer groups, enriched with TecDoc data and classified categories.

At the Bauernzeitung, we digitized the editorial processes: Website, e-paper, and app are managed from a single system, recurring processes run automatically. The result: around 40% time savings in the editorial department – and an increase of 30% in reach because the saved time flows into content instead of administration.
