Depending on your support contract, we can offer you various options for quick and smooth support.

Support form

The support form is open to every customer. Here a ticket is opened, which is evaluated in a first step for urgency and support service. We strive to react as quickly as possible here. Through the structure of the support form, we receive all data in a structured way for further processing.

Recall

You have a support request and would like to discuss the matter by phone. Please provide your telephone number in the callback form, we will contact you within one working day.

A ticket is also created here, but attachments can be used. The following information is required for a quick processing:

  • Customer or Project

  • Callback Number

  • Description of the support request

  • Device on which the error occurred

  • Browser in which the error occurred

  • If possible, screenshot of the problem

Support hotline

The support hotline is intended for customers in ongoing development, or for customers with a service contract. Here you can immediately describe your issue to a colleague. If the issue cannot be resolved immediately, a ticket will be created here. Tel.: +43/7252/98202-300

Supportmeeting

If your request is more extensive, we kindly ask you to book an appointment via our online calendar for better coordination and preparation. This meeting can take place either online or in person. Meetings are invoiced based on time spent as part of ongoing support, unless otherwise specified in the service contract.
