The old shop was technically outdated and tedious to maintain. Product data was transferred every day via file export, and a lot was done by hand.
At the same time, many customers still order by phone. So the goal was both: a better buying experience for customers and a tool that takes work off the team – connected to the existing ERP system.

02 · Shop and ERP talk to each other
Website and shop run on one shared, flexible commerce platform (Medusa). Product data comes automatically from the existing ERP system. The daily shuffling of files is gone, and data is more reliable and online faster.
03 · Phone ringing? No problem.
When someone calls, the team enters the order directly in the shop system. Online and phone orders follow the same path. The shop isn't just a sales channel but the central tool for daily business.
