No – the XR brand space is much more than a trade fair tool. It is a flexible presentation format that works wherever you want to explain and make products or processes tangible.

At the trade fair, it is an eye-catcher that attracts visitors and provides them with an unforgettable experience. But the same technology works just as effectively in sales: as a permanent installation in your showroom, as a demo tool during a customer visit on-site with the prospect, or as digital sales support for your field service.

Especially valuable: Once developed, the XR brand space can be adapted and reused for different situations. This makes it a sustainable investment that pays off over many trade shows, sales meetings, and events. Instead of setting up each trade show from scratch, you simply bring your product digitally – anytime and in full size.

The implementation duration mainly depends on how many products or machines need to be integrated into the brand space and the quality of your 3D data.

As a guideline: A first functional XR brand space with one to three products is typically developed in 4–8 weeks. More complex projects with multiple machines, complete production halls, and various output formats (VR + AR + interactive screens) take longer accordingly – usually 2–4 months.

A crucial factor is the quality of the provided 3D data. If high-quality CAD data or finished 3D models are available, we can start much faster. If no 3D data exists yet, it can be created in advance – and we will guide you through that as well.

Our process: After an initial conversation, we create a clear project timeline with milestones. This way, you know early on whether your XR brand space will be ready in time for your next trade show.

No – and that is a central design principle in the development of every XR brand space. The application must be intuitive, because at a trade show, no one has the time and patience for a long introduction.

For VR applications: Most visitors can navigate independently after a brief introduction of 30–60 seconds. The controls are designed to work immediately even for VR beginners. At the trade show, there is always someone from your team or from Werbeberg on site to provide support if needed.

For AR applications and interactive screens, entry is even easier: hold up a smartphone or touch a touchscreen – done. No app installation needed, no technical knowledge required.

In development, we consciously think from the user's perspective: What type of visitor comes to your booth? How much time do they have? What is their technical background? This directly influences which medium and interaction depth we use.

We are developing the XR brand space based on Unreal Engine - the leading real-time 3D engine, which is also used in game development, film, and architectural visualization.

Why Unreal Engine? It enables photorealistic representations in real-time, without load times or pre-rendered videos. Your machines and environments are depicted as they appear in reality - with accurate materials, lighting, and physical properties. The result: an experience that truly convinces visitors.

Additionally, Unreal Engine allows for high flexibility in output formats: The same base can be used for VR headsets, AR applications, interactive touchscreens, and standard displays - without having to develop each use case from scratch.

For you as a customer, this means: One-time development, multiple uses. And if products change or new machines are added, the brand space can be efficiently updated.

The foundation for your XR brand space consists of 3D models of your machines, products, or production environments. Common 3D formats like GLTF, FBX, STL, or STEP are best suited – most CAD systems (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) can directly export these formats.

Additionally helpful: material specifications and textures (e.g., surface colors, logos, labels), technical documentation for process flows, and existing media like product photos or explanatory videos that we can integrate into the brand space.

No 3D data available? No problem. In this case, we can create the 3D models based on photos, drawings, or an on-site scan. This step extends the project duration slightly, but is quite feasible.

At the beginning of the project, we conduct a structured data briefing to clearly define what you can provide and what we will handle. This ensures there are no surprises during the project.

That depends on which output formats you want to use. The XR brand space is developed to be technology-neutral – it runs on various devices without you having to commit to one system.

• VR Experience: Commercial VR headsets like Meta Quest, HTC Vive, or similar headsets. Wireless, no PC needed.

• AR Application: Current smartphone or tablet – no special hardware required.

• Interactive Screen: Touchscreen monitor or large-format display – ideal for targeted customer discussions without a headset.

• Classic Display: No interaction needed – for passive presentations or waiting areas at the booth.
