Berndorf Band Group
Berndorf Band Group from Lower Austria is one of the leading manufacturers of steel belts and belt systems. The group includes subsidiaries in Asia, Europe, North and South America as well as a worldwide partner network.
Alongside the belts, Berndorf supplies complete process plants – process equipment – including engineering and service.
The client
Known for the belt, not for the plant
Many customers know Berndorf mainly as a steel belt manufacturer. Few know that the company offers complete process solutions across the entire life cycle.
On top of that: process plants are complex. Explain them with data sheets and cross-sections and you lose your audience fast. The goal was a format that conveys the big picture in a short time – clearly and with emotion.
The starting point
The solution
We developed a 3D film that makes the entire process flow tangible – step by step, component by component.
01 · A stage for the plant
Instead of a technical explanation, we stage the plant as the lead: a dark hall, targeted light, calm camera moves. The Berndorf bear appears as a shadow on the wall and anchors the brand without stealing the show.

02 · Showing what you normally can't see
This is the real strength of 3D: we look inside the plant. The film shows how spray nozzles cool the belt from below, how the product takes shape on the belt and how the individual components work together seamlessly.
Short on-screen messages sum up the key points – efficiency, reliability, safety, quality. The film stays technically accurate without getting lost in detail.

03 · From test to service
The film follows the life cycle of a project: feasibility tests, engineering, the finished plant and after-sales service. It makes clear that Berndorf doesn't just deliver a component – it supports the entire solution.

04 · Produced once, used everywhere
The film is built to work at trade fairs as well as in client meetings, on the website, on social media and in presentations. One asset that supports sales everywhere.
The result
Berndorf Band Group now has a tool that lets sales convey its positioning as a Total Solution Provider in just a few minutes. Complex technical relationships become clear – and the brand comes across as high-quality as the plants themselves.
The first feedback is very positive, highlighting the professional execution and the clear depiction of complex processes. Customers grasp faster what added value Berndorf offers as a complete supplier, and conversations with prospects get going more easily.
The film isn't our first project together: we previously produced a series of vehicle renderings for Berndorf Band Group's testing applications.
