Team workation at Schloss Zeilern: Werbeberg strengthens collaboration, creates space for creativity and looks to the future

From the12 to 14 November 2025this year's took placeTeam Workationof the Werbeberg team in the historicZeilern CastleTook place. For three days, exchange, team development and strategic future work were the focus — framed by the quiet, inspiring atmosphere of the seminar hotel.

Focus on connection and further development

The main goal of the workation was to further strengthen the team's connections and to broaden perspectives beyond the day-to-day project work. Schloss Zeilern provided the perfect setting for this: modern seminar rooms, cozy common areas, and an environment that equally fosters productive and creative work.

In addition to the regular work for our clients, the team consciously took time to work intensively on theOrientation of Werbebergto work. With a mix of strategic workshops, creative reflection methods and joint discussion, theSharpened agency focusand provided new impetus for the coming months. The results of these sessions form a solid basis for future projects and developments.

Shared experiences that bring people together

To ensure that team spirit wasn't neglected, numerous activities were also carried out outside the workshop sessions. AActionbound through the town, in which puzzles, tasks and team tasks were solved, provided a lot of fun and fostered a sense of togetherness.

In the evening, having fun together was the main focus: during theBowlingThere were exciting matches and lots of laughter. Also theculinary experienceswere not lacking – from regional specialties to cozy dinners that offered time to exchange ideas in person and to get to know new perspectives.
